Addition of a covered sundeck attached to the main dwelling, back elevation of the building. Addition of a carport to the back of the property and behind the main dwelling. Expanded_Motivation:

The owner had recently purchased the property and had a few changes in mind to make the dwelling more suited to his needs. He found that the existing garage to be inadequate in space and thus requested a carport to provide extra parking bays on site that is covered and safe. The existing outbuilding was being used as a storage vessel and the owner prefers to use it as its intended purpose and therefore wanted to upkeep it and requested an addition of a covered verandah attached to the outbuilding. He also wanted a space attached to the main dwelling for him and his family to relax and enjoy the views of Glenwood and thus requested a covered verandah to be attached to the rear elevation of the main dwelling.
