ProposalDescription:

The project entails the reconstruction of the old coffee shop. The coffee shop was demolished in 2017/18 and although there is a letter from CoJ regarding the permission to demolish it doesn't seem like there is a permit. The coffee shop will be constructed on the old footprint with a few expansion such as tables under the trees and a deck. The footprint is approximately 382m2. The property is Portion 1 of Erf 185, Modderfontein Ext 2, Gauteng Province.
