ProposalDescription:

PROPOSED NEW CHURCH HALL ON PTN 4 OF THE FARM LANGEOPDRAVENDE NO.1111 KWAZULU-NATAL DRAWING 100

Expanded_Motivation:

The position of the proposed new church hall on the southern boundary of the property for the following reasons. -The surface beds of the existing fellowship hall to be demolished will be re-used in the new hall in order to save costs. -There is a road reserve boundary for road P118 that consumes a considerable portion of the property. Building or parking provision on this road reserve is not prohibited. This leaves few options on the site for both the placement of the new hall together with parking provision. -Due to the proximity of the site to the intersection of R624 and P118 (Stoney Ridge Rd), he KZN Dept. of Transport have requested that vehicle access is placed as far north of the site as possible. If the proposed hall was placed on the north side of the property the parking area would need to be placed to the south.
