ProposalDescription:

Proposed internal alterations to existing flat no.1806 on 18th floor Grosvenor Court, Durban at 41 Snell Parade on Lot 12404 of Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

Expanded_Motivation:

There are minor internal alterations that has been proposed to the flat. The existing entrance hall is to be converted to a kitchen. This is due to the fact that the entrance hall of the existing size is too large and lavish for a small flat of this size. The owner is looking for an additional bedroom and the only way is to convert the existing kitchen to into a bedroom and to use up the large entrance hall as a kitchen. The other changes proposed are positions to 2 doors and door swing directions, to make circulation to this residential flat more convenient. A minor wall change allowed for a shower to be included to the common bathroom. Considering the minor nature of changes to the flat, your approval to this application will be much appreciated.
