Expanded_Motivation:

Prospecting is desirable at the study site as it has a potential for the mineral resource and mining is a land use option being investigated. The strategic objectives sought to be achieved aligned with the objectives of the proposed project are: • Resultant socio-economic benefits. • Improve financial sustainability • Promote shared economic growth and job creation and other local, provincial and national socio-economic benefits. • Local growth in the economy in the surrounding areas, and for local businesses • Economic benefits for contractors and other suppliers of goods and services. • Institutional development, transformation and innovation. The geology of the area is known for gold, aluminium, or Iron resources, and from a prospecting perspective is ideal for the type of land use. The proposed ProAct Mining Solution project will have a positive impact on the socio-economic conditions of the local communities involved, should the results of the prospecting show that feasible reserves are present. Thus, allowing a determination to be made to take the project to the next phase where a Mining permit application would be submitted if the resource proves to be mineable.
