Unauthorised Addition and alteration to Erf 2411, 40 Hoylake Avenue, Durban North, Ethekwini, KwaZulu-Natal, Drawing No., 100, 101, 201, 301, D01,

Expanded_Motivation:

The client and his wife are busy selling their property, they have retired and are moving to something smaller. +- 20 years ago they did the additions to the house and had plans drawn up. They thought the original architect did all the necessary submissions to all required departments. This was not the case and they have contact myself to get all plans and approvals in order before they can sell their property. An additional room, which became the Masters Bedroom, was added upstairs within the existing roof structure. An extension to the lounge and study on the ground floor was also made. New awnings around the property have been added to add additional coverings for the cars and a covered veranda.
