Changes to SAHRIS!

The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

  • A new & modernised look and layout
  • Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
  • Improved site performance and stability

Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

User Luvo Mbaru - IT Technician requirements

Could you please provide a quote for the following items :
 
- 1 x Network \ modular cable tester
- 1 x Crimper\Punch down tool
- 1 x Glue Gun and Glues
- 1 x External hard drive - 500gb
- Box of RJ45 Jacks and Boots

Are there any specific "makes/types/brands" of these items you need?
What size external h/drive are you looking for?
 
As discussed the IT Technician post did have a laptop.  The laptop was stolen from his home, and the process had been started in terms
of putting in a claim.  I will follow up with Finance on how far the process is, as that laptop should be replaced by insurance funds.
