According to the attached email - she has a faulty laptop and no internet. Not acceptable.

Is it too late to go past her office to fetch that laptop back to head office? Please indicate.

We will courier one laptop and a 3G to her ASAP. The IT assets at the training center should be left as is.

I am hoping that you would have noted all the IT assets along with their serial numbers,etc, before you leave.

Thanks for including me in the email.

My suggestion would be that when you return you discuss this with Jenty. There are a number of issues here, including the way forward in terms of this users stay in the PHRA office, which has not been clarified.
