The above mentioned application was presented and discussed at the SAHRA Built Environment and Landscapes Permit Committee (BELCOM) held on Monday 25 March 2013. While there were no objections to the proposed subdivision, the applicant was requested to confirm that all interested and affected parties were consulted. It is confirmed that proof of these have been received by the SAHRA Built Environment office, and no objections were raised.
Decision:
The Built Environment and Landscapes Permit Committee hereby approves the proposed consolidation and subdivision of farms 53, 55, 105 and 108, Ida's Valley, Stellenbosch to create three (3) erven.
