The properties with the Klaises River Caves complex thereon, described as follows:

(i) The farm Geelhoutboom West Annexe 664, being certain piece of land situated in the Division of Humansdorp, in extent 50,2927 (five nought comma two nine two seven) hectares.

Deed of Transfer 30761/1969, dated 7 November 1969.

(ii) The farm Sand Punt Annexe 665, being certain piece of land situated in the Division of Humansdorp, in extent 55,8345 (fifty-five comma eight three four five) hectares.

Deed of Transfer T21125/1967, dated 13 September 1967.

(iii) The farm Klasiesriviermond 752, being certain piece of land situated in the Administrative District of Humansdorp, in extent 15,9174 (fifteen comma nine one seven four) hectares.
