FullDescription: 

The historic Devonshire farmhouse, together with 10 metres of surrounding land, situate on portions of the following properties:

(a) Certain piece of land, situate in the Division of Albany, being a portion of the Location of Hezekiah Sephton or Salem Party Allotment 23 (now known as Farm 521); and

(b) certain piece of land, situate as above, being a portion of the Location of Hezekiah Sephton or Salem Party Allotment 50 (now known as Farm 547).
