The steam locomotive known as Kitty, being a movable, object usually situated at the Rosherville Workshop of the Electricity Supply Commission on the property known as Portion 102 of the farm Doornfontein 92 IR, Tvl. Kitty is described as follows: A tank type steam locomotive with a 460 wheel arrangement, built in 1879 by the firm Kitson & Company of Leeds, England, with manufacturer's number 2259. The numbers 13, 47 and 62 have been allocated to it consecutively and at present it again bears the number 13.
