The historical buildings of the Esselen Park Training Centre complex, consisting of the Main Administration Building, the Railwayman's Inn, the "Murasie" between the above-mentioned buildings, the Shop, the Coach and Rail Restaurant, the Main Restaurant and Kitchen, the Sportsman's Bar, the Sports School of Excellence, the Port Captain's Lodge and the Old Park Station building, situated on the following properties:

(i) The Remaining Extent of Portion 15 of the farm Witfontein 15, Registration Division IR, Gauteng.

Deed of Transfer T22290/1941, dated 10 December 1941 (Paragraph 3, Endorsement, page 7).

(ii) The Remaining Extent of Portion 39 of the farm Witfontein 15, Registration Division IR, Gauteng.
