Changes to SAHRIS!

The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

  • A new & modernised look and layout
  • Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
  • Improved site performance and stability

Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

History:
Visual Description: 3 Bay house with stepped parapet, verandah and garage extension. Flat roof with stepped parapet and string course with stepped side parapets. Smooth raised plaster surrounds to openings, edging and below string course with step down over central bay. Verandah with straight roof on precast columns and dipped walls with printed tile columns coping and diamond motif set in wall. End walls higher will double concave flat topped coping. Modern half glazed door with single pane fanlight. 2 x 2 sashes with louvred shutters. Garage extension to the left with straight parapet and double cast iron door with trellis carport to front.
Colours: Beige walls, white pillars and trellis. Green painted concrete stoep and steps.
