Changes to SAHRIS!

The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

  • A new & modernised look and layout
  • Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
  • Improved site performance and stability

Visual Description: 3 Bay Karoo-type house with straight parapet and stoep with wall. Flat roof with straight parapet with moulded light cornice. Straight sloping parapet with chimney to right hand side. Raised smooth plaster surround framing main facade, hood moulds to openigs incorporating raised surround about door only. Round ventilation openings directly below surround at top. Facebrick plinth with quarry tile coping. Stoep with facebrick wall and steps. Raised (5 steps) with quarry tile coping stoep paved with concrete paving blocks. 6 panel door with ornamental fanlight. (Modern replica). 6 x 6 sashes with louvred shutters. Metre box and post box to right of door.
Colours: Wood natural. (Unpainted, unvarnished).
