Changes to SAHRIS!

The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

  • A new & modernised look and layout
  • Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
  • Improved site performance and stability

Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

Visual Description: Single storey with hipped roof.
Asymmetical five bay facade.
Raked joints. Smooth opening surrounds.
No stoep but plastered wall with applied semi-circular buttresses and decorative panels. Verandah on plastered piers with end walls partially enclosed.
2x2 double sliding sash windows with louvered shutters under 2-pane fanlight.
4-panel door, upper panels arched.
Lean-to additions to right.
Good condition. Largely original appearance. Doors and shutters scraped and varnished.
