The following terms and conditions apply:

Should archaeological material be accidentally disturbed during the course of the survey, SAHRA must be informed immediately. In this event, work must cease and may not commence until feedback has been received from SAHRA.

8. A final report on the results of the survey must be submitted to SAHRA within two (2) months of the expiry of this permit. Should the work be completed before the expiry of this permit, the final report shall be due within two (2) months of the last day of work undertaken under the authority of this permit.
