Permits

This permit is only valid if accompanied by the attached Inventory of Permitted Objects Issued Under SAHRIS PermitID:3300

• The SAHRA must be informed in writing if the object(s) are not exported.
• Due to circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, all permits issued during the lockdown will remain valid until the lockdown has been lifted.
• The SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.
• In accordance with the application received on 28 June 2021, should any appeal against the issuing of this permit be received by SAHRA within fourteen days of the date of this permit, the permit will be suspended pending the outcome of the appeal. Should an appeal be lodged, it is the responsibility of the applicant to return the objects to South Africa at their own expenditure.
• The permitted object(s) may only be exported once the permit becomes valid on the dates indicated below.
• The SAHRA shall not be held liable for any losses incurred resulting from the suspension of the permit.
• The SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit upon notice to the permit holder
