Changes to SAHRIS!

The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

A historic stone pack farm wall was found on Draai Farm 184. The wall is approximately 300m long, 0,7m wide and 0,9m high. A wall was identified on the 3326AB Pigott’s Bridge Topographic map dating to 1955 near the location of EWF2-03. According to the CLA the stone packed wall along the southern ridge its follows the old historic ox-wagon road shown on the 1827 Draai Farm SG diagram from Grahamstown to the Great Fish River
