A painted stone Victorian house with a hipped corrugated iron roof and a high verandah directly on Spring Street . The verandah has a convex corrugated iron roof , cast iron pillars with ornamental brackets and wooden railings. New windows . All verandah windows have become French doors . Two glazed doors with vertically divided fanlights and a glazed entrance door with fanlight and glass sidelight s . A rather interesting house which should be protected in the Town Planning Scheme and investigated for proclamation .
