Changes to SAHRIS!
The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:
- A new & modernised look and layout
- Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
- Improved site performance and stability
Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

History:
Visual Description: 3 bay Karoo-type house with verandah and extension to left. Flat roof with stepped parapet with moulded cornice and strap to top edge of parapet. Sloping slide parapets. Mouldings openings have hood (narrower than present windows). Verandah with hipped ogee roof on rusticated square pillars. Painted brick walls with painted tile coping and slasto stoep. Modern stoep gate. Flush 3 x 3 panel double door with geometric fanlight. Horizontal steel windows with heavy lintels and sills. Extension with timber double garage and garden door to the left.
Colours: Black roof and dark green woodwork.
