Changes to SAHRIS!
The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:
- A new & modernised look and layout
- Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
- Improved site performance and stability
Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

History:
Visual Description: 3 bay Victorian house with fine central gable and verandah. High-pitch saddle roof with covered end gables and central triangular gable with round vents fine bargeboarding, finial and plaster decor. Wall has rustication and quoins around doors and corners, also eyebrow mouldings. Verandah with hipped ogee verandah roof with turned wooden friezes. Brackets, posts and railing. 3 x 3 double door with 2 pane fanlight. 2 x 2 sashes with louvred shutters. Tall chimney at back. Garage with double doors at right end and Karoo-type roof with straight moulded parapet.
Colours: Cream walls, pale green, white and light blue woodwork. Red roofs.
