Changes to SAHRIS!
The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:
- A new & modernised look and layout
- Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
- Improved site performance and stability
Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

History:
Visual Description: Old three-bay house with shouldered and edge-moulded end-gables. High foundations. Verandah with straight roof on precast pillars and dipped walls with inset balusters. Steps to verandah at left end. 12x12 paned sash windows (small panes). Double door with 2x2 panels and louvered fanlight.
On left of house is a flat-roofed Karoo-type outhouse with waggon-shed and stable with a window and solid shutter. There is a ventilation slot in the wall.
This complex is not in good condition but is very interesting and of local architectural value.
