Changes to SAHRIS!

The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

  • A new & modernised look and layout
  • Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation

History: This imposing church building, with its Gothic and Romanesque features, was originally built in 1903/4 as a Congregational Church. The building was designed by the architects Stott and Kirby.
Visual Description: A fine example of an Edwardian church, with a broseley tiled roof with dormer window and turret, red
