Changes to SAHRIS!

The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

History: Was granted to Petrus Gerhardus Pretorius on 1846-04-08. This double-storeyed building was probably erected in 1846 by the Voortrekker Petrus Gerhardus Pretorius. The building is a good example of Voortrekker architecture and is the oldest building in Pietermaritzburg.
