Changes to SAHRIS!
The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:
- A new & modernised look and layout
- Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
- Improved site performance and stability
Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

From Pmb-Richmond road take D360 on left just after 2nd Baynesfield turnoff. 5.9km see gate to Lynmooth Glacial Pavement, together with an area bounded in the east by the eastern boundary of the property (being the Baynesfield-Easton Road) inthe West by a line parallel to and 500 metres west of the eastern boundary, incom.

Archive Import: Significance: This unspoiled site is one of geological significance, exhibiting fine evidence of the glacial activity ad a prolonged period of glacial deposition of the Dwyka formation over a period of 40-60 million years begginning about 300 million years ago.
