Changes to SAHRIS!
The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:
- A new & modernised look and layout
- Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
- Improved site performance and stability
Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

Site Comments:
The house is set back from the road with 2 single garages on ground level. An external, uncovered stair leads to the first level entrance (enclosed veranda). Dining and formal living room areas flank the grand entrance hall with a wooden stair at the rear. The kitchen and service rooms are situated at the rear of the property and open onto a terraced garden. Bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on the second level with a deep balcony on the front façade. Surrounding properties are a combination of similar, older houses and contemporary apartment blocks.
Directions:
The house is located on a bend on Victoria Road, Bantry Bay, with Seacliff Road running perpendicular to the site.
