This site is located in the western section of the farm. A number of brick and concrete buildings as well as several concrete slabs were founded over and area of approximately 50m x 100m. Although the buildings seem to be of different ages none of them showed indications of being more than 40 years old. None of the buildings are currently being inhabited on a permanent basis. This site if clearly from the recent history of the farm, <40 years of age which placed it within the post contact phase but also places it outside the jurisdiction and protection of the National Heritage Resources Act.
