Expanded_Motivation:

The existing ancillary unit has little heritage value as it was previously a servants room and garage and then converted to an ancillary unit in 2003. The roof over the entire ancillary unit will be replaced with a new roof. The proposal also includes a new 1,5m high screenwall.
