ProposalDescription:

Application to approve alterations at 19 Concorde Avenue, Durban

Expanded_Motivation:

My client purchased the above property in its present condition used as offices. He has now found out that an application was never applied for. He now wishes to legalize what was a dwelling to be used for business premises. The existing building consists of brick and mortar, exterior and interior walls all plastered with a tiled roof. The existing outbuilding will be used for storage purposes only. Adequate parking facilities have been provided. All the buildings in this road are of a standard design and have no architectural significance. We herewith apply for an Amafa Permit and attach proof of payment of R3000 as a penalty. As my client did not carry out these alterations, it would be appreciated if you could consider the normal permit fee.
