ProposalDescription:

Proposed alterations and additions (covered veranda) to existing dwelling at 529 Currie Road, Morningside, Durban, in accordance with Monty Engelbrecht drawing no 13/03/03.

Expanded_Motivation:

There is no historical significance. The existing residential dwelling, which is situated on a public road, is well maintained and in excellent condition. Due to the existing small covered veranda area, my client wishes to create a larger veranda/entertainment area of the existing lounge area. We also wish to remove the existing windows and small doors in order to fit new larger hardwood sliding stacking doors which will open up the lounge area onto the proposed veranda area. The proposed alterations and additions will match the architectural style of the existing dwelling, and it is our considered opinion that these additions are the most economically viable and will enhance our clients property. Please refer to attached drawing number ME 13/03/03 for further details.
