ProposalDescription:

The house is situated in the far end of Marine Drive at the Bluff. This house has no historical significance as its original design was lost when the house undertook major additions & alterations in 2015. The present look of the house is of a considerable contemporary design as per photos provided on the attached motivation. Most of the houses in this road have undertaken major alterations and now have a modern outlook. The proposed Design is in keeping in line with other properties near bye.

Expanded_Motivation:

This property has undertaken a major renovation and addition to its original façade in 2015 as per enclosed Approved Plans. This renovation on 2015, completely altered the appearance of the original dwelling. One no longer has any idea of what the original house looked like. The Municipality could not supply me with original plans and I was deceived that the house was not more than 60 years old. For this reason, I have only applied for Amafa Approval after the plans had already been submitted to Municipality. The Owners bought this property in 2018 and are now wanting to add a first floor so as to accommodate their growing family.
