ProposalDescription:

Proposed Alterations and additions to Portion 112 of Erf 39, 16 Humber Crescent, Athlone, Durban North, 4051

Expanded_Motivation:

The property is in an Urban Setting and is quite modern. Two previous applications were approved by Amafa and Amafa had advised the owner not to apply for permission going forward because they had already given permission, so the owner commenced with building to which the Municipality requires permission from Amafa. According to the knowledge of the owner, the property has no historical significance, as it is quite modern. The owner had made previous applications in 2012 which were approved and on file. He is now constructing above the staff quarters and garage.
