Expanded_Motivation:

The adjacent properties are residential dwelling houses built during the same period. Most being used as family dwelling homes with similar additions and alterations on the front façade as proposed. The dwelling is in poor condition as a result of maintenance, the Owner would like to improve the overall condition of the dwelling & make the interior living spaces open plan, the existing front gable end is damaged & leaking, as a result the Owner would like to replace the Fascia & Barge Boards, rainwater downpipes and gutters. The existing roof on the front patio is damaged from leaking, the Owner would like to install a flat slab Patio roof to remedy waterproofing issues without tampering with the existing original clay roof tiles. This property was bought without a boundary wall, due to present security threats, they also like to propose a new property boundary wall on ZK Matthews Road.
