ProposalDescription:

Proposed additions and alterations to existing residence at 13 Keston Cresent, Bluff

Expanded_Motivation:

THE EXISTING BUILDING IS A TYPICAL OLD BLUFF RESIDENCE BUILT FROM BRICK AND MORTAR WITH PLASTER AND PAINT FINISHES. THE BUILDING HAS NO ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE AND APPROXIMATELY 8 YEARS AGO A TIMBER WITCH ROOM WAS ADDED AND APPROVED TO EXTEND THE EXISTING LOUNGE FACILITIES. OUR PROPOSED ALTERATIONS WILL BE UPGRADING THE EXISTING BUILDING AND OUTBUILDING TO ADD VALUE TO THE PROPERTY. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION HAS BEEN EXERCISED IN THE FACT THAT WE HAVE THE SIGNATURES ATTACHED OF THE ADJOINING AND OPPOSITE NEIGHBOURS. FURTHERMORE, THE BUILDING IS BELOW THE ROAD AND ALL THE ELEVATIONS ARE NOT CLEARLY VISIBLE DUE TO THE EXISTING TREES AND SHRUBBERY WHICH CAN BE SEEN ON THE ATTACHED PHOTOGRAPHS.
