ProposalDescription:

Proposed Alterations & Additions to Portion 4 of Erf 4386, 2 Cartmel Road, Clare Estate, Durban, Ethekwini, KwaZulu-Natal.

Expanded_Motivation:

Letter of Motivation 2 Cartmel Road Clare Estate Durban, 4091 AMAFA To whom it may concern. The Property that this Building work is to be undertaken has been in the Family Name for Generation. It has a Dwelling which has a Basement and a Ground Floor Structure. This Building has a tile roof and the walls are plastered and painted . This Building is situated nearest to the road at the front of the property thus leaving a vast strip of land at the rear of the land. Land is limited in Durban and is of an essence to either cultivate or make best use of this Property. The family has decided to use this strip of land for the Addition to the Existing Dwelling. Our intention is to add onto this Existing Building and make the least amount of alteration to the Dwelling. The family structure has changed in such that my children have family of their own and wants to stay with us on this property. Schooling , Shopping Centres , Religionist Place etc . is of importance to my family and being here it will be easily accesible to get to these places. The intention is to cater for my family needs by building this section of the dwelling and thus not creating unwanted using of water, electricity and thus reducing the cost of some of the services. With regards, For : S . & J. Doodnath
