ProposalDescription:

Additional building for the owner and manager of a guest house to enable the main house to be used entirely for the guest house operations. Rectification of failure to obtain heritage authorisation for alterations to a structure over 60 years of age.

Expanded_Motivation:

The original house on the property that dates back to the 1930's has been used partly to accommodate guests. The owners wished to provide separate accommodation for them and the guest house manager so that the guest house operations could be concentrated in the original house and converted outbuildings. The site has been developed since the 1930's and the land has been disturbed through gardening activities. Minor alterations were carried out to the main dwelling and outbuildings to accommodate the new use and to provide alternate power through a generator.
