ProposalDescription:

NEW BOUNDARY WALL AND ALTERATIONS TO EXISTING DWELLING ON LOT 1494, 19 WESTMINSTER PLACE DURBAN NORTH KWAZULU-NATAL, Drawing C005-01

Expanded_Motivation:

Motivation for alterations to existing dwelling and new boundary wall at 19 Westminster Place Durban North. Refer to drawing C005-01 The existing boundary wall was built in 1974 it is only 1m high. We are replacing the wall with a higher wall for security reasons. A drawing for the carport was submitted and approved in 1973 there is a signed note on the drawing "carport not built". We are updating the plans to show that the carport was actually built. The existing kitchen is long and narrow. We are removing the dining room and bathroom wall to make the existing kitchen bigger. This will also make the kitchen and dining room open plan. The ensuite bathroom built in 1974 is going to be made bigger by demolishing the wall between the main bedroom and ensuite bathroom. A new wall will be built where the existing cupboard is.
