Development Type:

ProposalDescription:

Development of houses on 1.4 ha piece of land currently covered by mixed species of forest, both exotic and indigenous. Phase one will be the current footprint on plot 65, 68 2-bed duplex units, with 90 car-bays.

Expanded_Motivation:

The preliminary planning envisaged that the development will be segmented into three phases. Phase one will be the current footprint on plot 65, 68 2-bed duplex units, with 90 car-bays. Which will be clustered into about 7 blocks. The second and third phases to be on the adjacent pieces of land on the west and eastern boundaries respectively which will take the total to about 120 units, clustered into about 9 blocks. Preliminary Heritage studies indicated that there are two spots that looks like previous old houses, but these can only be verified after site clearance, which can only happen after EIA Authorisation is granted.
