Case Type:

ProposalDescription:

- This unsolicited report is presented in my personal capacity, as a citizen. - It tries to understand why the Pilgrim's Rest Heritage Site continues to fail and attempts to unravel the root causes. - My data-set combines personal knowledge and evidence from the public domain, going back 30 years or so. - I make a wide range of allegations, from incompetence to state capture. Naming people specifically. As such I expect this report to be handled with the sensitivity required. Mpumalanga

Expanded_Motivation:

It took me about a week to put this document together. Since then, I've been sitting on it for two weeks because frankly I feel very insecure about finally handing it over to someone. I discovered SAHRA and SAHRIS as part of my investigations. The incredible work you guys have done, from Policy to Platform is what finally motivated and facilitated this report. This is a DRAFT. If someone out there considers it to have merit, I will gladly extend and refine it. Right now, I just need to get it off my chest. Ronan Please see the attached documents PS, I don't think the Location I selected actually refers to Pilgrim's Rest as a Site
