Bilingual (isiZulu and English) newspaper notices were published in the Daily Sun and Witbank News on Wednesday, 6 February 2019 and Friday, 8 February 2019 respectively. The graves are located at the following area: • PCDams (4 graves) at GPS coordinates: -26.091400⁰, 29.833556⁰ This area contains 4 graves that the family requested to have relocated because of the difficulty to access their graves, the graves are and will not be affected by mining activities but is being relocated by the mine to ease the family that want to visit their graves. The graves are located on divided portion 6 of the farm Steenkoolspruit 18 IS and Portion 3 of the farm Kromfontein 30 IS, near Kriel, Mpumalanga Province. The graves will be relocated to the Buhlebesizwe (Vlaklaagte no.2) Cemetery located in the Thembisile Hani Local Municipality. Mosaic Funeral Group will be responsible for the handling and reburial of the exhumed human remains.
