Expanded_Motivation:

PGS Heritage has been appointed by Msobo Coal Mine – Spitskop Colliery, to affect the relocation of graves located on portion 3 on the farm Voorslag 274 IS, Breyten, Mpumalanga Province. This application deals with one (1) grave that will be affected by mining activities within the Msobo Coal – Spitskop Colliery project area. The grave is to be moved to an existing formal cemetery. We will be assisted on this project by Mosaic Funeral Group (MFG). The stakeholder engagement process, to identify the closest next of kin for the graves commenced on 06 July 2021, unfortunately, no next of kin for the grave could be identified and thus the grave will be relocated as an unknown grave to the closest municipal cemetery in Breyten. The one (1) grave is unclaimed and therefore older than 60 years as per the National Heritage Resources Act (Act 25 of 1999).
