ProposalDescription:

This application is to gain comment from SAHRA as part of the HWC application as the property falls within the proposed Grade 1 HPO zone. This application is to "regularise" the renovations that have already been completed to an existing home. Unfortunately, there is no photographic record of the "original" home. Expanded_Motivation:

Jo Anderson Architect has been appointed to seek approval for works already completed at above mentioned property. This application is specifically to gain comment from SAHRA as part of the HWC application as the property falls within the proposed Grade 1 HPO zone. I have attached the following documentation: 1. Photographic documentation including: • Internal photographs • External photographs • Street elevation photographs 2. Title deeds 3. SG diagram 4. Our proposed council submission drawing: Layout plans 17-06 2-01 dated 2017.07.11 5. Comment from BOCRA 6. Comment from city heritage & Environment My clients Anna Cowen and John Ziniades bought the property in 2009. They submitted plans in 2009 and completed their renovations in 2010. These plans were approved by all the heritage bodies at the time (City Heritage and HWC). The plans were also approved by LUM and were only needing a minor amendment to the head height of the stair to be approved. My clients then were embroiled in a personal crisis, the final amendment was not submitted, and the plans were thus not finally approved.    As such, this application is to "regularise" the renovations that were completed in 2010.   Unfortunately, there is no photographic record of the "original" home but the photographic evidence of the neighbours property (the pink house) gives a good sense of what the original home looked like.
