Changes to SAHRIS!

The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

  • A new & modernised look and layout
  • Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation

Following comments received on the proposed Revised Schedule of Fees for applications made to the South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA), made in terms of Section 25(2)(l) of the National Heritage Resources Act No. 25 of 1999 (NHRA) and published in the Government Gazette of 22 July 2022, SAHRA hereby publishes the final Revised Schedule of Fees for Applications made to SAHRA. Applications for provision of services submitted to the South African Heritage Resources Authority (SAHRA), in terms of the National Heritage Resources Act, No. 25 of 1999 (NHRA) must be accompanied by a payment of the appropriate fee, taking effect from 1 January 2023

The proposed development is situated about 100m from the Sediba village. The proposed development entails a Farmer Production Support Unit (FPSU). The FPSU is a rural small-holder farmer outreach and capacity building unit that links farmers with markets. The FPSU does primary collection, some storage, provides some processing for the local market, and extension services including mechanisation. The FPSU is located on Remaining Extent of Farm Seliba 35 , Thaba Nchu, Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality, Free State.

The proposed development is situated about 100m from the Sediba village. The proposed development entails a Farmer Production Support Unit (FPSU). The FPSU is a rural small-holder farmer outreach and capacity building unit that links farmers with markets. The FPSU does primary collection, some storage, provides some processing for the local market, and extension services including mechanisation. The Proposed land uses include: - Security Offices – 27m2 - Reception and admin offices – 440m2 - Office and Storage shed – 600m2 - Logistic Centre – 350m2 - Multi-purpose animal handling facility/Sheep shearing – 300m2 This development will be constructed in two phases. Phase 1 of the development includes the construction of the office and storage shed. Phase 2 of the development will include an additional construction of Security Offices, Reception and admin offices, Logistic Centre and a Multi-purpose animal handling facility/Sheep shearing
