This site consist of of the remains of what used to be a residence of Mahlangu Family. The most visible element of the site is a large raised area which is overgrown with vegetation. According to Anna Mahlangu this was the residence rubbish dump. The settlement consisted of various associated feactures such as kitchen and different dwellings. All buildings were constructed of mud (daga). wood and corrugated iron. In the vicinity of the kitchen area, four stillborn babies were buried. Two of these babies were the children of Paulina Mahlangu's brother, James Mahlangu, while the other two babies were the children of Paulina Mahlangu's sister, Sarah. All the children were boys.
