The property together with the Gereformeerde Kruiskerk thereon, described as certain Erf or Lot marked 82 in Van Wyk and Liebenberg Streets on the general plan of the Village of Strydenburg, being a portion or piece of the freehold farm Roodepan, in the Division of Hopetown (now known as Erf 82, Strydenburg), in extent 892 (eight hundred and ninety-two) square metres.
