Changes to SAHRIS!

The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

  • A new & modernised look and layout
  • Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
  • Improved site performance and stability

Provenance: 

The tumbler cup which belonged to Robert Jacob Gordon was acquired in 1939 in London with the assistance of the National Art Collections Fund. It first formed part of the South African Museum, then became part of the collection of the South African Cultural History Museum, and today belongs to the Social History Collections of Iziko Museums of South Africa.
