The site consists of the foundations of a severely dilapidated square structure that is constructed of red fired bricks. The structure measures 1.5 m X 2.5m and consists of at least one room with the possibility of an extension to the room. Cultural remains consist of modern artefacts like glass and metal that litters the site. The site is interpreted as a modern day farm labourer dwelling.
