Site Comments:
Single storey hall building of rectangular form with Cape revival gable with forward projecting portico and arch way. Building marred by additions on Northern elevation. Corrugated iron saddle roof. Fine double entrance door and fanlight. One of a pair of Cape revival hall-like buildings in Rhyneveldt street, which contribute to the environment.
