Expanded_Motivation:

Timber works including floors, posts, beams, windows and doors and part roof girders were in a state of disrepair as a result of age and wood borer. Due to the age of the building all plaster work and part brickwork were also severely damaged. Timber beams/lintols were rusted. House was vandalised as it had been vacant for some time, where all electrical, plumbing and any form of steel had been stripped. Want to restore to a good condition and make a livable home for a family. Flooring: Due to the high cost of replacing the original damaged timber and the weakness of the structure, I propose a concrete floor wich will save tremendous cost as well as bind and strengthen its structure. Timber beams/I Beams need to be replaced with concrete lintols due to the extensive damage caused by rust and wood borer. Also this would strengthen the building. Some of the roof girders and posts needs replacing.
